At the end of this stage we’ll have a set of shared, clear, documented goals and criteria for a successful implementation. |

You and your team of users will be involved every step of the way —from fundamental decisions at the start to customization approvals. For many of your staff Salesforce will be their most important business information tool, As rigorous as Stage 1 is we still need your engagement on tweaks, customization approvals and final details. We’ll use our experience to suggest best practices so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel, but completing a installation always includes implementing your preferences and sign-offs from your company's stakeholders. | |
