Stages for successful implementation

“Create you plan, work your plan” If that’s not a cliché it should be, but that’s just what we do at Fusion Genius. Our goal is to get your Salesforce Implementation project done at least on time and budget, … and delivery a bit more if we discover an opportunity to do that.  In order to accomplish that we follow a repeatable process that has a track record of success.  Every project gets the same treatment; from simple, inexpensive Quick Start projects to more complicated implementations with system integrations, Partner Portals and custom capabilities. Every one of our projects goes through five documented Stages that produces a successful Salesforce implementation that meets your budget and business goals. Here’s the plan:

stage1
We start with a face-to-face conversation with all your stakeholders and perform a detailed review of your company's processes to fully understand your business, and the needs of your Salesforce users at all levels. At the end of this stage we’ll have a set of shared, clear, documented goals and criteria for a successful implementation.
stage2
There is always more than one approach to a project. At this stage we’ll develop a blueprint to identify options for your Salesforce project, and help you choose the right path to meet your objectives.
stage3 You and your team of users will be involved every step of the way —from fundamental decisions at the start to customization approvals. For many of your staff Salesforce will be their most important business information tool, As rigorous as Stage 1 is we still need your engagement on tweaks, customization approvals and final details.  We’ll use our experience to suggest best practices so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel, but completing a installation always includes implementing your preferences and sign-offs from your company's stakeholders.
stage4
Your Salesforce installation will be unique to your organization, as will the training needs of your users. Just before and after your Salesforce implementation goes live we’ll train your staff.  You’ll decide what precise mix of group and individual training best fits yours companies’ needs.
stage5

First impressions are important and your company’s early experience with Salesforce will have a direct effect on user acceptance, and ultimately your ROI from Salesforce. We highly recommend additional support from Fusion Genius for your users for the first 90 days after your Salesforce implementation goes completely operational. We’ll know precisely how your system was implemented, and equally important why, so we can quickly and efficiently answer any questions or address change requests that come to light in the early days of a new system. No one will be in a better position to support your implementation than the team that did it.
